When trying to translate "should" from English into Swedish, remove it and replace it with either "to ought", "to be supposed" or even "shall". If "to be supposed" or "shall" fits, you want to use skola.

It's important noting that bör (present tense) does not exist in the English language; only borde (past tense) does.
